• All graphics on this site are copyrighted, so you may not take, alter or use any material from this site without permission.

• Do not hotlink any dolls or banners.
• Do not use any of my dolls, graphics or bases for any type of monetary(money) use. That includes online gold such as Gaia. Dolling forum points are acceptable but only for dolls that you have created on my bases.

• Do not in any way or form alter any of the my dolls.
• Do not remove copyrights or modify my dolls in any way.
• Do not use my dolls in any of your graphics, such as website layouts, avatars, signatures and other graphics!
• Do not use parts from my dolls and put them on your own dolls.
• Do not take my dolls and claim them as your own.
• Do not use my dolls for characters in RPGs, stories, FanFic or forums without permission.
• You may only adopt adoptable dolls.
• If you adopt a doll you must link either the doll, have a banner or a text link back to this website.

• When using my bases you may: change skin color, reshade the base, change the face, and mirror the base, as well as make small edits of the pose such as changing hands, arms, feet, heads. For example if you want the hand to hold anything or change an arm to go around another base etc. Just don't create a whole new base.
• When using my bases you may not: alter the base in a way that would look like a complete new base. If you've made an edit and you're unsure if it's okay, send me an email.
• You may mix heads between all the bases.
• You may use the heads for/from other bases.
• You may use the bases to make doll for your website layout, avatars and signatures and blinkies, with crediting.
• You may mix the mermaid tail with any of the bases, but only with my bases.
• You may not provide the edited base on your website, nor may you redistribute it in any way without permission.
• You may not use my bases to make dollmakers.
• You may not use my bases to make base edit contests.
• You may not redistribute any of my older bases.

• If you use any of the props you must link back to this site.
• You may reshade and/or recolor the props.
• You may use my palettes without linking back but do not claim them to be your own.
• You may use my skin palettes for basemaking but you must link back.

• You may not repost my tutorials anywhere.
• You may save my tutorials to your hard drive.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q.) Are your dolls copyrighted?
A.) Yes they are! From the moment that I completed them they were 100% mine and are even more so with my signature tag.

Q.) Can I create blinkies from your dolls?
A.) NO! You may NOT edit my completed dolls! You may make a doll from my bases for blinkies though.

Q.) Can I use dolls of yours that have already been edited?
A.) NO! Delete them from your hosting server and your hard drive. Do NOT edit my dolls!

Q.) What does 'My Base' mean under your dolls?
A.) It means that I used one of my own bases to make the doll. It does NOT mean that it is a base to be used.

Q.) About your tutorials, can I add them to my own site?
A.) No, you may not add them to your site but you can save them to your computer for future viewing.

Q.) And your gifts, can I adopt them?
A.) Unless I had specifically sent one to you, the only gifts you may adopt are the General gifts.

Q.) Can I edit your gifts?
A.) NO! Gifts are not meant to be edited therefor they are not freeware for use.

Q.) Do I have to credit you for the palettes?
A.) Goodness, no! Palettes should be free for anyone to use without having to credit back. Besides, it's not like they're difficult to make. The skin palettes on the otherhand must be credited if you use them for basemaking and if someone asks where you have them, you must tell them of my site.
The military prints must be credited though!

Q.) Why do you encourage base editing?
A.) Honestly, I love pushing people to their limits in their skills. Please, edit my bases, make them unique!
But, just because you've edited them, does not make them yours. You still have to link back!

Q.) Can I repost your older bases?
A.) No, you may not! If someone really wants to use them then they must contact me.
